You don't even have to get out of your car. Just let us know where the documents are and we'll take care of the rest.
Teachers' Fund Grant Winners Announced

The Marion Community Foundation recently announced the first grant recipients from our newly created Pillar Credit Union Teachers' Fund.
Our CEO and President, Vidya Iyengar, congratulates all the 2020 winners. “We established the fund to promote novel and creative teaching tools for teachers and most importantly, to benefit the students in our community.”
Six programs were selected for awards. They include the purchase of document cameras (Pleasant Elementary School), equipment to record classroom instruction for online learning (Tri-Rivers Career Center), STEAM classroom materials (Heritage & Liberty Elementary - River Valley Schools), music practice software (Pleasant Middle School), and expanded multicultural literature offerings (Hayes Elementary - Marion City Schools).

Be Sure You Verify Fraud Protection Calls

We've had several members say they've received a call from someone stating they're calling from the Fraud Department. The message instructs the member to call them back at an 800 number and verify the last 4 digits on their card. While sometimes this could be a phishing scam, there are instances where this is legitimate. If you receive a call and you’re suspicious, get the case number they're supplying, hang up, call our number (740-389-9960), and someone on our staff will be able to verify. The numbers to call for our fraud protection partner are 1-844-682-4502 or 1-877-273-5740. Again, just because that number shows up on caller ID that doesn't guarantee it's legitimate.
Barks Rd Lobby Open | Kenton Ave Remains Drive-Thru Only

Our lobby at Barks Road is now open for daily transactions. Based on CDC guidelines, we've made some adjustments to better protect you and our staff. All business at Kenton Avenue remains as drive-thru and ATM only for the time being.

With this in mind, we’ve developed programs which can help you if you're experiencing financial hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic.*
Consumer Payment Deferral – We’ll work with you to offer a payment deferral for up to 90 days with no credit bureau impact and no late fees. Contact the Loan Department at 740-389-9960, extension: 410 or CLICK HERE to download the payment deferral form.
Mortgage and Home Equity Payment Deferral – We’ll work with you to offer a payment deferral for up to 90 days with no credit bureau impact. (If your MCCU mortgage loan is serviced through Superior Credit Union, please contact them directly at 1-877-717-2271 for assistance.)
Increasing Daily ATM Withdrawal Limits – We’ll adjust the limit upon request from you.
Waiving Early Share Certificate (CD) Withdrawal Penalties – We’ll waive the early withdrawal penalty fees if you close or partial withdrawal from your Share Certificates (CDs) before the maturity date.
Foreclosures– We will not initiate any new foreclosure actions on residential properties.
Unemployment Benefits – You may direct deposit your benefits to your account at Pillar for easy access.

New Online Banking Security Feature

We want you to be aware of new security features for online banking.
We now have two-factor authentication in place when you login to your online banking from any unregistered device. You will now be given options beyond your selected security questions including having a one-time code sent to you via email or text.
These options will only be available for the email or cell phone associated with your account. If you're on a previously registered device, you might not see this new feature immediately.
