Pillar Credit Union “8-Week Christmas VIP Ticket Giveaway”

Official Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

This contest is open only to legal residents of Ohio who live in one of the following counties: Marion, Morrow, Richland, Crawford, Wyandot, or Hancock. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
No credit union membership or purchase is required to enter or win. Employees, officers, and directors of Pillar Credit Union (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and the immediate family members and household members of each are not eligible to participate.
Void outside the listed counties and where prohibited by law.

2. Contest Period

The contest will run for eight (8) consecutive weeks leading up to Christmas.
A winner will be randomly selected each Thursday until Christmas Day.
Entries must be received before 11:59 PM ET on the Wednesday preceding each drawing. Entries roll over week to week — once entered, you remain eligible for all subsequent drawings unless you win.

3. How to Enter

  • Online Entry Only: Enter by completing the official form at pillarcu.com/vip.

  • Limit: One (1) entry per person and two (2) entries per household (defined as the same physical address).

  • Automation: Automated or bulk entries are prohibited.

  • Invalid Entries: Incomplete, late, or illegible entries will be disqualified. Pillar Credit Union is not responsible for lost, corrupted, or misdirected entries.

4. Prizes

Each weekly winner will receive a VIP Ticket Package consisting of two (2) VIP tickets, each valued at approximately $150, for a total prize value of $300.

Prize Conditions:

  • The prize includes tickets only; travel or related expenses are not covered

  • Winners must provide a $50 refundable deposit when claiming the tickets. ( This goes to Odenza Group, the ticketing company.)

    • This deposit is refunded to the same card used once the event is attended and a brief post-event review is submitted.

    • If the winner fails to attend or provide the review, the deposit will be forfeited.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

  • Pillar Credit Union reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

  • Any taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners will be selected by random drawing each Thursday from all eligible entries.

  • Winners will be notified via email or phone using the contact details provided.

  • Winners must respond within five (5) business days to claim the prize. Failure to respond, provide verification, or meet eligibility requirements will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

  • Winners may be required to provide proof of age, residency, and a valid ID.

6. Marketing and Privacy

By entering, participants agree to receive marketing and promotional communications from Pillar Credit Union. Entrants will automatically be added to the Sponsor’s email and communication list.
You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link or contacting Pillar Credit Union directly. Opting out will not affect your contest eligibility.
Personal information will be used solely for contest administration and marketing consistent with Pillar Credit Union’s Privacy Policy. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing use.

7. Publicity

By accepting a prize, each winner grants Pillar Credit Union permission to use their name, likeness, city or county of residence, and statements about the promotion for publicity purposes in any media without additional consent or compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and the decisions of Pillar Credit Union, which are final.

  • Pillar Credit Union reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these rules.

  • Any attempt to deliberately interfere with the contest may result in disqualification and potential legal action.

  • Pillar Credit Union is not responsible for technical malfunctions, website interruptions, or human error that may affect entry or prize fulfillment.

  • If the contest cannot be conducted as planned due to fraud, technical issues, or any other causes beyond control, Pillar Credit Union reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest.

9. Liability Release

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Pillar Credit Union, its affiliates, and representatives from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

10. Governing Law

This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located within Ohio.
